I build GTM engines for early-stage SaaS.

I set up growth systems that compound. Every business has different levers; my job is to find them, test them, and turn them into a predictable GTM engine.

I’m hands-on from strategy to execution: I don’t just design the playbook, I help run the plays.

My work today

I run Iterate.so, a GTM studio for lean SaaS teams that need repeatable systems across acquisition, ops, and retention. I also work on side projects like nrich.email and a nonprofit helper tool .

My path here

Head of Growth at a bootstrapped SaaS, grew ARR from €1M to €2.2M.
Before that, I ran a solo agency recognized as a top performer by Google Partners Argentina.
Over the years, I’ve mixed finance, data, and product execution into growth systems that generate real revenue.

Beyond work

I write SaaS HQ, a newsletter with 1,500+ founders and operators, where I share bite-sized case studies and tools. Outside SaaS, I’m passionate about martial arts, music, and experimenting with ideas that sit at the edge of business and creativity.
