I'm Mariano. I started in Buenos Aires running a performance agency Google ranked among Argentina's top partners. In 2019 I joined a bootstrapped French SaaS company as a first employee, ended up Head of Growth, and helped take it from €1M to €2.5M ARR — no VC money, no shortcuts.
Today I work independently with B2B SaaS teams at $1M–$5M ARR as a hands-on technical partner. Signal-based pipelines, CRM architecture, outbound systems. Right now most of that work sits at the intersection of AI and GTM infrastructure — the companies building these systems will compound in ways that will be very hard to catch up with.
